The first room we were shown to was awful, and not what we booked, but the staff were helpful and corrected the mistake and our room was nice and shower was fantastic, with great water pressure!
We loved the Southbank markets. Also really enjoyed wandering and lazing around the Roma st gadens across the road from the hotel. What an amazing space!

We enjoyed staying at the watermark it was very clean and all staff members were very polite and friendly.
We found Brisbane to be very nice enjoyed being right across from Roma park and spent alot of time there. Also the fact that it is just a nice walk to Suncorp stadium was an advantage. Also found it a very safe place to walk around at night.

Hotel is up by top of town, so not really walking distance to much. The gardens are opposite which are nice, and there is a nice cafe there. The rooms was very pleaantly done, lovelycomfortable bed, with variety of pillows. My room was at the back, so very quiet. Good attention to how the curtains overlap means you can keep the room dark which is ideal if you've arrived late off a flight. Note they do NOT have free wireless in the rooms - just in the lobby, bar area, restaurant and small business centre.
