The first room that we stayed in had holes in the wall and part of the bathroom roof was falling out. I was very impressed that when i rang up and made it know that they changed our room for us. Were there was any reason as to why our bath wouldnt work and our water kept cutting out while we were in the shower. The tiles were cracked and so was the roof. And just little things like nothing being explained that when you opened to patio door the aircon stoped.
I paid nearly 0 for three nights and for not much more i felt i could have had a better hotel. My advice would be that your staff on the front desk take the extra time to just explain little things like the lifts and water restrictions. I do appreciate that i was given a room change free of charge but i was still just disapointed with the over all stay. I feel bad for saying this but i feel that it will improve your hotel by saying this.
I am orginally a local to brisbane i love it. I think you have a great location for people wanting to stat in the city.
